In hierdie tyd van die herdenking van die Hervorming vind daar in die stad van Luther, Wittenberg, ook ‘n konferensie van die World Reformed Fellowship plaas as deel van die fees aldaar.
Die World Reformed Fellowship met verteenwoordigers in 79 lande word soos volg beskryf : “…….is a growing network of evangelical Reformed Christians world-wide : church denominations, associations, local congregations, institutions, agencies and individuals. It seeks to link those in the historic evangelical Reformed tradition of Christ’s church in order to facilitate communication, collaboration and cooperation for mutual encouragement, support and advancement of Kingdom concerns.
Their goal is that, through this networking, ‘the strengths of some will become the strenghts of all in the service of Jesus Christ’ Their mission is to promote understanding and sharing of resources among their membership.”
